To implement Decision No. 3630/QD-BGTVT dated 04/12/2009 of the Ministry of Transport on transfer of Tien Cuu Toll Gate to Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (VIDIFI), for toll collection to support implementation of the BOT Project of Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway; Dispatch No.5431/CDBVN-TC dated 21/12/2009 of Vietnam Road Administration on assigning Road Administration Division II to carry out the transfer of Tien Cuu Toll Gate.

Accordingly, Road Administration Division II and Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company No.234 handed over the primitive Toll Gate of Tien Cuu to VIDIFI as from 0:00 of 01 January 2010.

VIDIFI coordinated with Hai Phong Television, Fellow Traveler Newspapers to inform the drivers and people of such event. At present, VIDIFI keeps the toll collection level and toll management unchanged under the provisions in Circular No.90/2004/TT-BTC dated 07/9/2004 of the Ministry of Finance guiding collection, payment, management and use of the road fees.
