On 23^rd February 2011, Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee – Duong Anh Dien inspected the compensation for land acquisition and the execution progress of the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Project.

On 22^nd February 2011, the Deputy Minister of Construction – Bui Pham Khanh inspected the execution status of the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Project invested by VIDIFI.

On July 30^th, 2010, Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (VIDIFIF) and the Security Department (It is now the General Department of Security II)
