The Trade Union of Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment Joint Stock Company held Conference for the 2012-2014 session.

 On 29 June 2012, the Trade Union of Vietnam Infrastructure  Development and Finance Investment Joint Stock Company (VIDIFI) held the Trade Union Conference for the 2012-2014 session.

The Conference was attended by Mr. Dao Van Chien – Chairman of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union, Party Committee Secretary, General Director of VIDIFI; Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh – Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union, Vice General Director of VIDIFI; Mr. Pham Van Bon – Vice Party Committee Secretary, Vice General Director of VIDIFI, Chairman of VIDIFI Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh – Vice General Director of VIDIFI and Mr. Duong Van Tien – Member of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Development Bank Trade Union; leaders of VIDIFI’s divisions and representatives of VIDIFI’s trade union

orientations and tasks for the term of 2012 - 2014.

The Conferees listened to Summary Report of the 2010-2012 session, orientations and tasks for the 2012-2014 session; Report by the Executive Committee of VIDIFI Trade Union for the 2010-2012 sessions and reports by the delegates.

In the 2010-2012 session, the Executive Committee of VIDIFI Trade Union properly performed its tasks, such as: Instruct the members of the Trade Union to properly carry out the Communist Party’s guidelines and policies and the State’s laws; propagandize the Trade Union members to properly fulfill their professional tasks. The Trade Union movements were greatly supported by the members. The Trade Union always took care of the members’ life, strictly enforced all the welfare policies and legitimate rights in respect of the Trade Union members. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union always united and built concensus among its members, built a close relationship with the Trade Union members and were strongly supported by the members.

Despite the limitations resulting from the economic slowdown, it can be affirmed that the achievements made by the Trade Union in the past session show the great efforts of the management and members of the Trade Union.

Mr. Pham Van Bon – Chairman of VIDIFI Trade Union, Vice General Director of VIDIFI,
made a speech on behalf of the Company’s leadership

On behalf of VIDIFI’s leardership, Mr. Pham Van Bon – Vice Party Committee Secretary, Vice General Director, Chairman of VIDIFI Trade Union, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, the achievements and accomplishments made by VIDIFI Trade Union during the past session. He also pointed out some limitations and shortcomings that should be remedied by the Trade Union in the time to come in order to become the representative of the legal and legitimate rights and benefits of the laborers and to contribute to the fulfillment of the Company’s tasks. Mr. Pham Van Bon requested the Conference to vote for a new Executive Committee with adequate capability, qualification and enthusiasm so as to promote the Trade Union movements.

The Conference of VIDIFI Trade Union for the 2012-2014 session ended successfully with the vote for the Executive Committee for the 2012-2014 session, which consists of 13 people of adequate capability and dignity. The Conference also adopted the Conference Resolution with the concrete targets set for the new session.
