Secondary investment in the industrial park

Location:

• Located 500m to the south from the central of Sapa town
• The east bordered with Sapa – Lao Cai highway; The west bordered with Suoi Ho and Sapa’s development projects; The north bordered with Ham Rong urban area; and the south bordered with Chu Linh valley.

Objectives:

• Construct a modern network of technical infrastructure, which must be adaptable to the natural and social environments, and accordant to the overall planning of Sa Pa.
• Develop this area into a social and economical central of the town, participating into completion of 2020 period development planning.
• Participate into development of tourism of Lao Cai, and provide a better living quality to the local communities, as well we to the Lao Cai citizens

Scale:

• Project’s area is approximately 30ha, in including public services area: 1.2ha;
  
• Green areas: 1.58ha;
  
• School and education: 0.33ha;
  
• Sport constructions: 0.43ha;
  
• Service constructions: 1.56ha;
  
• Resort and hotel areas: 3.34ha;
  
• Villages: 3.75ha;
  
• Private houses: 1.27ha.

Development schedule: to be completed in two 2years from 2009 to 2011
