Location: The project is located on the former agricultural area of Yen My, Khoai Chau, and An Thi districts, Hung Yen province.

The industrial park location is bordered:

• The South: on the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway
• The North: on the agricultural area of Hong Tien hamlet, Khoai Chau district.
• The East: on highway No.39.
• The West: on the agricultural area of Xuan Truc hamlet, An Thi district

Scale: The projected area is estimated about 250ha between 2008 – 2010 period and will be expanded to 500ha during 2011 – 2020 period.
