- The project is located on the former agricultural area of An Thi district, Hung Yen province (close to Bai Say industrial park).

- The project is near by the connection of the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway and the national highway No.38

- The industrial park location is bordered:

• The South: on the highway No.38, and Tan Phuc local street
• The North: on Cuu Yen river, and some local communities
• The West: on the highway No. 38 and some communities
• The East: on a local street and agricultural areas of Tan Phuc commune.

- The project is 0.5km to the South of the connection between the highway No.38 and the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway.
