Location:

The project is nearby the connection of the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway and the national highway No.38

The project is located on the former agricultural area of An Thi district, Hung Yen province.

The industrial park location is bordered:

• The South: on Kim Lu and Hue Lai hamlets, Phu Ung commune.
• The North: on the provincial highway No.204 and regional agricultural area
• The West: on national highway No.38 and some local communities.
• The East: on Bac Hung Hai river and some local communities

Scale: The planned scale of the project is intended to be 151ha (in 2008 – 2010 period), and will be expanded into 303,5 ha in the next expansion period (2011 – 2015).

Settlement:

• Factories: 100.12ha (1^st period); and to 211,93ha (2^nd period)
• Administrative and service area: 4.54ha (1^st period); and to 14.79ha (2^nd period)
• Technical area: 7.37ha (1st period); and to 7.37ha (2^nd period)
• Road: 20.89ha (1st period); and to 38.81ha (2nd period)
• Green area: 18.08ha (1st period), and to 30.6ha (2^nd period)
