The VIDIFI - Lao Cai Investment Joint Stock Company (L-VIDIFI) has a charter capital of VND 150 billion. Founding shareholders include: Vietnam Development Finance Investment JSC contributing 51% of the charter capital, Cuong Linh Construction Company Ltd. Contributing 30% of the charter capital, other entities and individuals contributing 19% of the charter capital.

L-VIDIFI is headquartered in Lao Cai with a representative office in Hanoi. The Company’s objectives include investment in and operation of potential projects in Lao Cai and neighbouring provinces, working towards expanding its operations in other localities. L-VIDIFI is expected to make investment in the projects for: hydroelectric works, mineral exploitation and processing, tourism, real estate and construction of civil and industrial works.

L-VIDIFI is currently implementing the following projects

• Sapa Ecotourism and resort project

• Lao Cai non-ferrous smelter
• Ta Phoi copper factory
• Some hydro-electronic factories in Ta Loi, Nam Mien, Nem Cho, ect.

Given that the founding shareholders include Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment JSC, Cuong Linh Construction Company Ltd. and other entities and individuals, L- VIDIFI has considerable advantages in terms of capital, finance and real estate invesment; mineral exploitation and processing; preferential conditions for mobilisation and attraction of overseas and domestic investment; strategic cooperation with strong economic organisations and enterprises.
